Zest – #AtoZChallenge

This work trip was taking its toll on her. Long meetings, making presentations after work and dinner discussions about next day work were getting too much. It was almost like breathing work every second.

After tonight’s dinner, Rose came back to her room. This trip was important for her and there is another month to go before she would be home.

“But, I can’t carry on like this. I will go mad. Anyway, I am having a problem with the concentration in the meeting. I need to do something”, She was standing in front of the mirror and talking to herself.

And then she knew what needed to be done to get her zest back. She shutdown the laptop, put some water to boil for coffee. She got her earphones from the bag and browsed through her song playlists.

She was going to dance on her favourite songs for some time. It was her coping mechanism for the day.

Good story with a positive feeling. I like the idea of taking time for ourselves. That’s something we shoudl do mor eoften in our life.
