Dreams are not for faint-hearted!

I picked Dreams from D. Being a self-proclaimed dreamer, I couldn’t think of anything better.

What are dreams?
Whatever they are, one thing is for sure, they are beautiful. You might argue that dreams are not always sunny and good and I would totally echo with you. There are good dreams and bad dreams but I feel bad dreams bring a lot of life-learning with them.

I am not talking about the dreams which we see through closed eyes. I am talking about the dreams which we see with wide open eyes in the middle of a crazy day. The dreams which we see while traveling to our work, dreams that go in parallel when we are in the middle of a meeting,  dreams which we see while having our evening coffee, dreams which occupy our mind and soul when we are stirring that curry in the kitchen.

These are the dreams which keep us going, they bring out YOU out of you.
They are the key to an unexecuted reality and that’s why we should work on them.

There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure. – Paulo Cohelo

Until we work on a dream, we will never know whether it was possible or not. We would never know whether the dream remained a dream or became a reality. It takes a lot of courage to get up and take few moments from our lazy lives to work on our dreams.

Dreams are not for faint-hearted.

So, don’t let your insecurities and fear stop you from achieving. The key to your dreams is always with you – it’s your willpower to convert it into a reality or let it be a dream forever.

Which was the last dream that kept you on your toes? When was the last time, you lived a dream? Do share in the comments.

Very true. The dreams we see with our eyes wide open are the ones that decide our course in life, but it is up to us to let go of the fear and persevere to realize these dreams.

Indeed dreams aren't for the faint-hearted. What an inspiring take on letter 'D'.

Dreams are necessary. Without dreams, there will be no ambition to chase. There will be no goal to reach. We will all be nothing without dreams. Not having dreams is like chasing a traceless murder. It is like following an invisible shadow. It is a dreadful goose chase. We must know what we want to do and follow that ambition. We can’t achieve anything in life without goals, and for these goals, we need to dream. If you don’t have a dream, you can never enjoy the luxuries of life or all that life has to offer. You will never feel that ecstatic feeling of achievement. You will never get pride in what you do and what you have achieved. All these things are necessary for human beings and without these feelings, there is no motivation.

Very well said Romila. To achieve something in life, you need to first dream about it. It's the first step. Dream about the goal, dream about failure and not just successful outcome of your goal and that should be enough to keep you going.
